New Year's Eve and Lambeau Field teamed up for a perfect Wisconsin winter wedding. Whitney and Michael honored their unique story with a grand affair that created new memories where their memories first began together.
Tell us about your love story! Michael and I met at a Packer Game and through a mutual friend. What I thought was going to be a game with my good friend Halley, turned into meeting the love of my life. Michael proposed in the living room of our new home that we purchased together. If we could get through quarantine and buying our dream home together, we knew we were meant to be!
When did you get married? New Years Eve (12/31/21) - The BEST DAY EVER!
What is one thing you wish you knew when planning your wedding? Take everything in. All the little ups and downs are part of the process. No matter what, your day will come together and it will be a dream! At the end of the day, you're standing next to your best friend and in front of your favorite people. We wish that we could just hit replay and redo the day over and over!
What was your experience like at Premiere Couture?
Overall, it was a good experience. We had some challenges, but at the end of the day, Premiere Couture came through and I got to wear the most beautiful gown I could've ever imagined.
What was your favorite moment of your wedding?
The entire day was perfect - I cannot choose just one part! However, Michael and I escaped with our videographer and photographer during the reception and did a night-time shoot by the river. Yes, it was freezing, but it gave us the chance to breathe and take in the day together, as husband and wife!! I cannot wait to see those moments captured.
Any vendors you'd love to share?
All our vendors were absolutely perfect! Many of our family friends came together to make our day special and we cannot thank them enough! Those will be some of our favorite memories too.
